5 Sided Square Pty Ltd Refers Major Alleged Money Laundering Scheme to AUSTRAC
5 Sided Square Pty Ltd has formally referred the findings of a three-year blockchain forensics and private intelligence investigation to the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC). The investigation, originally initiated in response to the MetaFiYielders fraud scheme, has expanded to allege industrial-scale Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) breaches involving two major Australian-based digital asset firms: Easygo Group Holdings Pty Ltd (Stake.com) and Casey Block Services Pty Ltd (CoinSpot).
The investigation represents 832 victims across 21 countries (data on file), whose losses trace back to complex laundering structures involving Australia, Cyprus, Curaçao, and other jurisdictions.
Submitted evidence includes:
Extensive blockchain tracing of illicit transactional flows;
Identification of offshore trust and nominee structures designed to conceal beneficial ownership;
Systematic regulatory non-compliance enabling the movement and integration of proceeds of crime.
This matter has been escalated to relevant domestic and international regulatory and enforcement bodies. Additional updates will be provided via the [Enforcement] and [OSINT] sections of our website.
